About this app
TJ Health is built to track your calories day to day and make you more conscious of your health. Log Indian meals in seconds, see what is left for the day, drink enough water, walk more and watch your weight move towards your goal.
TJ Health was developed to track your calories day to day and to make you more conscious about your health. Most of us never really know how much we eat. A plate of biryani, two dosas with chutney, a cup of filter coffee and a few biscuits add up quickly. TJ Health shows you the real numbers, every day, in a way that is simple enough to keep using.
Made for the Indian plate
TJ Health comes with more than 466 Indian foods with calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat already worked out: idli, dosa, pongal, upma, chapati, parotta, sambar, rasam, dal, curd rice, biryani, poriyal, sundal, chai, filter coffee, sweets and many more. Log by servings (1 bowl, 2 pieces, 1 glass) or by grams, and add your own home recipes in seconds.
Your personal daily plan
Your daily calorie goal is calculated from your height, weight, age, gender and activity level using the Mifflin-St Jeor formula, then adjusted for your goal: lose weight, keep it or gain it, at a safe weekly pace. BMI uses the Asian-Indian bands (normal 18.5 – 22.9), which are stricter because we carry more body fat at the same BMI. You also get daily targets for protein, carbs, fat, fibre, water and steps.
See your whole day at a glance
A glowing calorie ring shows what you have eaten, what you have burned and what is left. Bars for protein, carbs and fat show whether the day is balanced. Water, steps and exercise sit right next to your meals, so one look tells you how the day is going.
Become more conscious, not more stressed
TJ Health warns you before a food takes you over your limit, gives gentle suggestions based on your goal, food preference (veg, egg or non-veg) and health conditions such as diabetes or BP, and plans tomorrow for you: how much water to drink and when, a calorie budget for each meal and how much to walk. Small daily awareness is what changes habits.
Progress you can feel
Log your weight and watch the trend line. TJ Health estimates how many weeks are left to your target, shows your streak, and draws 7-day and 30-day calorie charts so you can see your patterns, not just one day.
Works with your health coach
If you have a TJ Health coach, they can see your progress and guide you. You can also open your own dashboard on the web at health.mytjaii.com with the same mobile number and password.
Private and secure
